Working Together

Whether you’re navigating a personal turning point, looking for grounded clinical supervision, or seeking space to learn alongside others, I offer work that’s rooted in relationship and presence. Below, you’ll find the ways we can begin: therapy, individual supervision, and group learning spaces.

Living room with green velvet sofa, blue armchair, round coffee table, large windows with blinds, framed cloud artwork, table lamp, plant, and decorative items.

We all have moments when life asks something more of us.
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, grief, transitions, identity, and the complexity of simply being human.

My approach is relational, present, and non-pathologizing. We slow down together (make space for what’s emerging) and work toward clarity, grounding, and choice.

Common reasons people begin therapy with me:

  • You’re facing a life transition (parenthood, loss, move, identity shift)

  • You feel stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally off-track

  • You’re craving deeper meaning or connection

  • You want to understand how your relationships shape you

Cost: $180 session (50 min)

Supervision for LPC & LMFT Associates in Oregon

As a board-approved supervisor and educator at Lewis & Clark College, I offer supervision that’s collaborative, reflective, and grounded in real relationship.

This is not checklist supervision. It’s a space to grow your clinical voice, deepen your presence, and wrestle with the real stuff of being a therapist.

I work best with:

  • Associates interested in humanistic, systemic, and/or existential therapy

  • Therapists-in-training who want a thought partner, not just a gatekeeper

  • Folks asking: How do I do this work and still be myself?

Cost: $120 session (50 min)

People reading books in a cozy indoor setting with a green sofa and black and white tiled floor.

Group supervision offers something unique: a space not just to talk about therapy, but to experience the therapeutic process from within a small, committed learning community.

These groups are rooted in an existential-humanistic orientation, but grounded in real-world practice. We’ll explore clinical questions, relational dynamics, power, ethics, and your own becoming as a therapist.

Ideal for:

  • Oregon LPC or LMFT associates working toward licensure

  • Therapists interested in deepening presence, self-awareness, and complexity tolerance

  • Practitioners looking for a reflective and collaborative supervision experience

Structure:

  • Monthly groups running Sept 2025 - June 2026

  • 120-minute sessions

  • 4–6 participants per group

  • In-person groups (Portland, OR)

Cost: $800 ($80 per group)
